Scholarship Information
In an effort to fully realize its Mission as a benefit corporation, Sporting Oklahoma has created a scholarship program for families in need of financial assistance. For consideration, the following must be provided to Scholarships@SportingOK.com prior to the deadlines set forth below:
Sporting Oklahoma Scholarship Application
Proof of Income (Tax Return or Similar Documentation)
Letter of Explanation detailing the financial need of the family
Additional financial information may be requested. Sporting Oklahoma will review all scholarship applications and determine the level of support provided; however, applicants participating in the Academy and Competitive Programs will still be responsible, at a minimum, for the portion of the annual player fee attributable to those items other than training fees.
To be considered for financial assistance, the above required items must be submitted by the following dates:
Competitive (Entire Season) - June 1
Academy (Entire Season) - August 1
Recreational (Fall) - August15
Recreational (Spring) - February 15
Applicants will be notified within 30 days of the above listed dates.
